Cupping Therapy For
Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain is one of the most common conditions we treat — and one of the most responsive to Hijama and dry cupping therapy.
How Cupping Therapy Helps
Cupping along the lumbar paraspinal muscles and sacrum creates decompression, lifts tight fascia, improves circulation to disc and facet joint structures, and releases the deep spinal muscles that are often at the root of lower back pain.
Common Symptoms
- Lumbar ache
- Sharp lower back pain
- Morning stiffness
- Pain sitting or standing
- Referred buttock pain
- Stiffness after exercise
Important Notice
Cupping therapy is a complementary therapy and should not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition, please continue your prescribed medical care alongside cupping therapy. Always consult your GP for new or concerning symptoms.
