1. Services

Cupping Therapy — Hijama Specialists provides Hijama (wet cupping), dry cupping, and massage therapy services. All services are provided by qualified, certified practitioners using appropriate clinical protocols.

2. Booking & Cancellations

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments where we determine treatment is not appropriate or safe.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

3. Health Disclosure

You are required to disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and medical history before treatment. Failure to do so may result in treatment being withheld or may affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed health conditions.

4. Complementary Therapy Disclaimer

Our services are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions. If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, please consult your GP. Always continue prescribed medical treatments alongside complementary therapy unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

5. Consent

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have read and understood the nature of the treatment, its risks and benefits, and give your informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time during treatment.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe treatment, minor side effects including temporary soreness, bruising-like marks, or mild fatigue may occur following treatment. These are normal responses. We carry full professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment session in question.

7. Pricing

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
