Cupping Therapy For
Back Pain
Back pain is one of the most common conditions we treat. Cupping therapy addresses the muscular, fascial, and circulatory causes of both acute and chronic back pain.
How Cupping Therapy Helps
Cupping creates negative pressure that lifts fascia, releases deep muscle tension, and dramatically increases local blood flow to oxygen-starved tissue. This combination of effects addresses the root causes of most back pain — muscle spasm, fascial restriction, and inflammation — without medication.
Common Symptoms
- Lower back ache
- Sharp or stabbing back pain
- Stiffness on waking
- Pain radiating to buttocks
- Limited range of motion
- Pain worsening with sitting
Important Notice
Cupping therapy is a complementary therapy and should not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition, please continue your prescribed medical care alongside cupping therapy. Always consult your GP for new or concerning symptoms.
