Dry Cupping
Dry Cupping for Back Pain
Non-invasive dry cupping therapy specifically for back pain — relieving muscle spasms, reducing inflammation, and improving spinal mobility.
About This Treatment
Dry cupping is one of the most effective non-invasive treatments for back pain. Cups placed along the paraspinal muscles create a decompressive effect, lifting tight fascia away from the spine, increasing blood flow to oxygen-deprived tissue, and releasing muscle spasms. Unlike massage, cupping works from the inside out — lifting and separating tissue layers rather than compressing them.
What to Expect
Cups are applied along the spine and paraspinal muscles. You may feel a strong pulling sensation in tight areas. Cups may be slid along the back (sliding cupping) for a broader effect. Sessions last 30–40 minutes.
